Cancellations received in writing before May 20, 2022 will be subject to an administrative charge of €50. After this date, no refunds can be given.

Event Cancellation or COVID-19 restrictions
The health and safety of delegates is our highest priority. The Organizing committee of the Advanced Instructional Course is mindful of the health risks posed by COVID-19, and the importance of following official medical advice with respect to social distancing, practicing good hygiene and staying at home when unwell.
If the course is cancelled by the Organisation due to COVID-19 restrictions you will receive a full refund for your conference registration.
